    Dropped our brand new Yukon Denali off for a constant rattle in the third row. The dealership had it all day and didn’t touch it. When I called at 4:45pm for an update on picking it up, or picking up a loaner the technician said “ more description needed” I simply googled 2021 Denali third row rattle. Too my surprise there are bulletin updates for the vehicle on what is rattling and why. (Bulletin# PIT5768$. If I can find this on google as a consumer why can’t the technician use this as a starting point and get it fixed. I purchased an 84k rattle box.

    Dropped off truck at 8 am. It was finished at 445pm. I had made an 8am apt for oil change and tire rotation. When I came to pick up my vehicle it took another 15 minutes to find my keys and figure out invoice. Awful experience for a first time customer who just purchased a vehicle from you.
